Anna-Carina Häusler is a serial entrepreneur and product visionary with deep roots in the German tech and startup ecosystem. After building award-winning digital ventures at the intersection of insurance, finance, and platform technology, she now leverages her experience to back the next generation of high-potential founders in Bavaria.
She scaled Syncier Marketplace (Allianz) to Series A and later led its transformation into apinity, a Munich Re-owned SaaS platform. With hands-on leadership in B2B SaaS, agile teams, and customer-centric product design, she knows what it takes to build and scale successful tech companies.
Now, through Mainland Ventures, she invests in "local hero" startups — bold ideas from regional founders with global potential.
